Met Global Mobility is expanding its team in our flagship market. Boston is where we've proven our owned-operation model works — this is a senior hunting seat to grow that book against the strongest client base in our portfolio.
Met Global Mobility is a premium ground transportation firm. Our Boston operation is our flagship — fully owned fleet, in-house chauffeurs, 24/7 dispatch we run ourselves. It's where we've proven that owning the operation produces a different caliber of service than the national affiliate networks most corporate buyers settle for.
We've been quietly building this book in Boston for years — Fortune 500 travel desks, AmLaw-ranked law firms, academic institutions, luxury hotels. Now we're expanding the commercial team to grow that book deeper. This is a senior hunting seat for someone who can take an established brand and multiply what's already working.
You will expand Met Global's existing Boston footprint. Fortune 500 travel desks we haven't cracked. AmLaw firms where we have partial penetration. Academic medical centers, family offices, and hospitality groups that should be ours but aren't yet. Your pipeline is part land-and-expand, part hunt-from-zero.
Deal sizes typically range from $50K to $300K in annual contract value — retainer and volume agreements on the higher end, event and executive travel contracts on the lower. You will source, pitch, and close these accounts yourself.
You own your book. You build it, you close it, you keep it.
We hunt for candidates in adjacent industries where the buyer persona and sales motion overlap.
We don't read cover letters. We read specifics. Answer these as the person you'd want working for you would answer them — clearly, honestly, with evidence. Applications without real answers to every required question will not be reviewed.
